Security during our transactions

You will be able to pay your orders to Brasilchic in a safe way by the following means of payment:

Credit card

Our secure payment system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates to assure a safe connection. The data from your account, or those data given by you in order to make an order are encoded, so all the communication process with the bank is secured, preventing them from an eventual fraudulent use. The data about credit cards are not registered in any DAIE's database. They are only used at our financial institution's virtual POS (Point of Sale), through your secure payment gateway.

Accepted cards

We accept the great majority of credit cards. If you have any problem during the payment process, you can contact us through our contact section, or use the following payment method as an alternative.

To pay with Visa and MasterCard, only Secure Electronic Transactions (SET), which means that the system will contact the issuing bank after verifying that the card is adhered to the SET system, so the buyer can authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms its authenticity, the charge on the card is made effective. In any other case, the order will be cancelled.

Bank transfer

Deposit in bank account

If you prefer, you can choose to pay through a bank transfer. During the buying process we will provide you with the data that you need to make the deposit and, at the time when the payment has been made effective, we will proceed to ship your order.

If you choose this option, it is very important to indicate:

- Number of order: when you formalise an order, you will receive an email indicating this number.
- Name of the payer: If the payer is not the client account holder from which the order is made, please indicate it.

It is very important to indicate the number of order and your name and surname as the concept of payment, and to transfer the payment before 3 days from the day when the ordered was made, so we can validate the transfer.

PayPal

PayPal account

You can pay your purchase using your PayPal account. The payment process will take you to PayPal payment platform, where you can register your account to finish the buying process.

Credit/debit card through PayPal

You can pay using your card through PayPal payment gateway. Simply click "Don't have a PayPal account?" when you are redirected to the payment gateway to finish the buying process.

Cash on delivery

Brasilchic also offers the possibility to pay your order at the time when you receive it. If you choose this option, you will have to pay the cash amount of the order to the carrier at the time of the delivery. The redemption fee is of 2 % of the total price of the order, minimum 2.00 €. 

This means of payment is accepted for deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
