(i) Place of delivery
DAIE commits itself to ship the Product in perfect conditions to the address given by the Partner. In order to optimize the shipping process, the address given by the Partner has to be an address where the delivery can be done during normal business hours.
If the Partner is not present at the given address when the Product is shipped, the shipper will leave a notice that indicates how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If the Partner has not contacted the shipper to arrange a new delivery date after ten (10) calendar days, the Products will be returned to DAIE's warehouses and the Partner will be responsible for the shipping and return expenses, as well as the possible management expenses.
DAIE will not be responsible for the mistakes or damages caused during the shipping when the shipping address given by the Partner does not meet the Partner's desired delivery place.
Brasilchic will be able to ship a single order of Products in several deliveries with different dates.
At the time of the delivery of the order of Products, the Partner will have to show his/her ID document to the shipper, sign the delivery note and ask the shipper for a copy.
(ii) Time of delivery
DAIE will inform the Partner of the time of delivery before the end of the purchase process.
DAIE does not ship Products during Saturdays, Sundays, and national, regional and local holidays.
DAIE will inform the Partner of the issue date of the order from the DAIE's warehouses and the contact data of the shipping company that is going to deliver the order by email.
All the products sold at the website are imported and some of them have handcrafted parts. The delivery time may vary from twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours from that date, up to thirty (30) calendar days from the order confirmation. The Product will be shipped at the address given by the Partner, except in cases of force majeure.
In the case of maturity of these periods, the Partner can require DAIE to proceed to the order delivery in an additional period that is adjusted to the circumstances. In the case that DAIE does not proceed to the shipping in that period, the Partner will be able to cancel his/her order according to the conditions established by the chapter about product returns.
If the delay is caused by force majeure, during the logistics process, DAIE will inform the Partner of that circumstance and that therefore the expenses coming from his/her application for cancellation will be his/her responsibility.
The delivery times are average periods, related to the preparation and shipping times that are estimated according to estimated date of receipt of goods at our warehouses. These times vary as well according to their destination. Once the right of cancellation is exercised according to the terms previously expressed, DAIE will make a claim for reimbursement in a period of 10 business days. In case of partial delivery, this right will only affect the balance of the order that has remained pending delivery, since the shipping of a single order can be done in several times. Each shipping is considered completed from the time when the shipping company makes the product available to the Partner, materialised through the control system used by the shipping company.
Return of products

(i) Right of withdrawal
The Partner will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days since the Product delivery to withdraw, totally or partially, of the purchase of a Product, according to the applicable law.
Once the fourteen (14) day period is finished, DAIE will not accept returns of Products because of withdrawal.
The Partner will not have right of withdrawal in the cases established by the applicable law, and specially, including but not limited to products made under the Partner's specifications or clearly customized.
For hygiene and health reasons, DAIE restricts the returns of intimate garments and therefore these returns will not be accepted.
Sometimes, shipping abroad has additional customs costs or duties. In the case of not collecting the shipping, the refund will not be done.
The following requirements must be met to use the return system:
1) The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must to keep its instructions, documents, accessories and, as much as possible, original packing and labelling.
2) The return to DAIE must be done using the same box or envelope used during the delivery or, in the absence of it, a similar format in order to guarantee the return of Products in a perfect state.
3) The return note of the Products must be included inside the package.
Email us at email@example.com to ask for the return and obtain the return note and we will send it to you as soon as possible. DAIE will schedule the collection of the Products and will inform the Partner by email of the date and hour when the mentioned collection will be done.
DAIE will not be responsible for the direct costs and expenses caused to the Partner by the returns of Products according to the right of withdrawal, so the Partner will be responsible for the shipping costs in that case.
For informational purposes and unless the particular sales terms plan a different cost because of the special features of the Product to be returned, the transportation costs for the return are currently of 8.00 € for the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), 15.00 € for the Balearic Islands and 20.00 € for the Canary Islands. For any other country, the costs will be recalculated case by case.
If the customer has benefited from free shipping with his purchase, the shipping costs will also be passed on to the customer.
If the return includes at least a bulky item, the cost of return will be recalculated for the corresponding territory.
(ii) Refund of the price of the Products to the Partner
The costs of transportation of the Product return mentioned in the previous section (i) will not be refunded.
Shipping and return of items on sale will not be reimbursed.
The costs of gift shipping will not be refunded.
As long as the shipment had been sent as a gift, the return will have a management fee of € 15.00.
The partial returns of an order will lead to partial refunds.
The partial returns of an order will lead to partial refunds and partial shipping costs. The shipping costs will be refunded proportionally to the cost of the returned product.
DAIE will manage the order of return of the price by the same means of payment used by the Partner for the purchase of the Products, in a forty-eight (48) hours period since the confirmation of delivery of the returned product to the warehouse and, in any case, in a maximum period of 14 calendar days since the withdrawal of the Partner. The implementation of the refund in the account or card of the Partner will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The implementation period for the refund will be of seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and of thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.
(iii) Return of defective Products
The Partner will have right to the refund of the price, the shipping costs and the transportation costs of the return of the defective Products or the delivered Products if they do not meet the Partner's order, according to the applicable law.
In such cases, the return of the Products to DAIE can be done in the way established by the previous section (i), or contacting the partner's service department by email or phone. In the case of return of defective Products, or Products that do not meet the Partner's order, DAIE will be responsible for the transportation costs of the return.
